Question / Help Muffled and Quiet Audio, no matter what I do

Hello!
First time here, so go easy on me please :3
So I've been trying to get my audio settings set up (video settings are currently great!) but no matter what I do with my audio settings it will either sound muffled or quiet and muffled
I have tried the recommended settings but they don't work or help much

Now you might think 'Sounds all good too me' but it's waaaaaaaaaaay too quiet for the actual song and muffled, I included the song too so you can listen to it (and you might like it xp).
The reason I included 32 Audio Bitrate is because that sounds the best (better than the others anyway)
And I won't even bother with 48khz and Stero because that just hurts your ears (major major echo and distortion)
