Download and install both vcredist_x86.exe and vcredist_x64.exe from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784
You should never pay money for DLL repair programs or similar, at best they don't do anything and at worse they will damage your system further. Uninstall and get a refund for both of those programs ASAP.

Thnx for the help, unfortunately, it didn't work. It went to the whole process of scanning and it found nothing, however, I'm still having the same issue. I'm thinking of reformating since all I have in that PC is my streaming software but I don't want to do it for nothing..... I don't know if that is going to fix the problem or not and I'll hate to do all that work for nothing. Do you think it would resolve the problem?

I wish I knew that b4 I spend $30 in 1 and $19.99 on the other. I will try to install those. Thnx for the Help
R1ch and Greendweller, Thank you so much for the help. I got it up and running now. I downloaded the right files and its up and running now. I have t say, I also use Xsplit and the CS there is so ridiculous that I have already 5 days waiting on an answer to an issue I have with their software. I'm starting to think I'm a sucker for paid software. I actually paid the $14.99 for the 3 months license for it and I have to tell you, for a PAID program IT SUCKS. I'm sticking to this OBS and I'm spreading the word on how good it is and how helpfull the community is in here. I was checking the other topics on the forum and I see how EVERYONE help everyone here. Xsplit should take a page from your book, guys, I mean it. Thx a lot, guys. YOU GUYS ROCK! :)
