Question / Help MSI Afterburner

What issues are you having? I've run Afterburner alongside my setup with no problems. Latest versions of both.
 
I am assuming you mean the Rivatuner overlay, Afterburner itself should have no issues. Have you tried the "Third Party Overlay" option under Game Capture? You didn't actually describe your issue which doesn't help at all
