Hi,
I need to stream a multicast video in mpeg2-ts standard for use by local TV. The video must be 1080 25i or 50i. Bitrate 8 Mbps.
Unfortunatelly, the video they receive is choppy and blurry.
I'm not sure about OBS settings I've applied for this purpose:
output -> recording:
- encoder: mpegts
- bitrate: 8000
- key frame interval: 50
- video encoder: nvenc_h264 (libx264)
- audio bbitrate: 192
- audio encoder: ac3
video -> integer FPS value: 25
advanced -> network:
- enable new networking vode / checked
- low latency mode / checked
My PC specs:
120 GB SSD drive
16GB RAM
GTX 1050Ti card
CPU i5 3570 (4 cores, 4 threads), cpu burden only 15%
Any ideas?
Witold
