I'm recording a MKV format and MP4 successfully. I'm able to play them and they sound great. But when I post to Facebook they are echoed and low volume audio. I'm using a USB C sound card. I was able to post a 30 second test successfully a couple weeks back but I don't know what I did to make this happen in settings etc.
