Moving images [Like in a key-framed/pre determined motion]

I'm wondering, is it possible to have things animate and such? Like in http://www.twitch.tv/esltv_cs/c/2415463
During the first moments of the stream you can clearly see pictures/layers moving and I don't really know how to replicate a similar effect in OBS. Doesn't gifs repeat and such.

Apart of the ESL using a very professional setup which allows you to add such animations with ease but probably costs as much as a small car, you can do this with OBS and the Browser Plugin. Though you have to know how to make and control such animations using flash. This would allow you to do all kinds of stuff with any image you want.
For "lower thirds" I normally just use vMix which adds a Virtual Camera I can use in OBS. But its also not freeware. As I dont know much about flash, its easier for me though.

The intro is done in AfterEffects, and the lower third is probably done in Flash or some other fancy CG system. As Jack0r said, you can add Flash files to OBS via the Browser plugin. What you're asking for with keyframes and motion etc. is exactly what Flash does.
