movement causes blurriness

When I move you can notice that the game is blurry, I have no idea on how to fix this issue. I'm not interested in good streaming quality, video quality only (no idea if it changes anything but I record into mp4 - changing back to mkv did not help)

Use tools / auto configuration to get some sensible settings, no reason to be using CBR ultrafast x264 when you have NVENC available.

Thank you so much, changing to auto configuration and switching to NVENC helped MASSIVELY. One simple setting and it's done, fantastic.
