Question / Help Moved PC, now maxing CPU

Hey Everyone,

I've been streaming with OBS for a while now and went through the process of doing my settings once before. I got everything working and was streaming via Twitch with no problems.

I recently moved. Unplugged everything, moved, then plugged it all back up. Start OBS, I realize it isn't detecting my microphone. Whatever. I fix that by changing to default device. Start the preview, I hear audio stutter... Never had that before on startup. Still in my preview, I launch Overwatch... Really bad lag overall that I've never had before. I check my CPU usage, I'm at 100%.

So, I'm thinking maybe my OBS settings got jacked up with my stuff plugged into different USB ports. They don't look like it, but I tinkered anyways. I've tried multiple combinations, nothing is stopping my 100% usage. I'm even on worse settings then before, still maxing out...

Maybe I'm missing something? Can you see what I'm missing?

Discovered the issue. It is non OBS related...
During the move, my CPU cooler dismounted slightly. It musta been causing the CPU to overheat when I started streaming.
We're good now.
