Move Transition plugin not showing in OBS Transitions

Greetings ... I've installed and uninstalled and reinstalled the Move Transition OBS plugin twice and it's still now showing in Transitions. FYI, I'm using v. 30.1.2 (64bit) on a Windows 11 laptop. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Perhaps the plugin isn't compatible with OBS 30.2 yet.
And why are you writing in here instead on the discussion section of the plugin page?

OK I had two copies of OBS for some reason - and the installs weren't going to the one I was using. USER ERROR!!! 404
