Question / Help Mouse Lag

Specs:
1060 6gb vram
i5 4440 @3.10 GHz
16gb ddr3 1600 MHz

I stream on basically everything low and 720p at 30fps, I stream fortnite at low settings because I like how they look better, I run the game at around 120-150 fps while streaming but when I move my mouse around I feel like it's not the same and it seems like the screen is less smooth or just laggy, I have no idea how to fix this, either with settings or just get an i7 4790k already, thanks for helping out!
 
The mouse lag screws with my aim because I'm use it snapping right onto people and it messes with my sniper shots and fast paced plays like in building battles
 
Sounds like you are pushing your CPU too hard. But without log it's impossible to tell. Just from my own experience that kind of mouse lag starts happening when CPU is running at it's maximum
