Question / Help Mouse lag when previewing/streaming

Hi.

I've noticed that whenever I preview my stream, I get noticeable mouse lag while playing Team Fortress 2.

My setup is as follows:
Windows 10 64-bit
Intel i5-3570k @4.2GHz
8GB ram @1333MHz
Nvidia GTX 770

I get the input lag even when I'm not actively capturing the game; the lag disappears when I stop previewing the stream, but returns immediately when I try previewing again.

Here's the most recent log file:
https://gist.github.com/6a0ca63279c4ebc4d810
and I've included my stream settings as attachments.

I've streamed on this PC/setup previously on Windows 7, and there was no issue, so I'm suspecting that Windows 10 might be the cause. Sorry if the question was answered somewhere earlier.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Right-click the preview image in OBS and uncheck "Enable View". If this fixes the problem you will have to do this while you stream to prevent mouse lag. I've had the same issue in the past and this is how I fixed it.

And if you're streaming you should enable "Use CBR". It will allow your stream to be more stable (less buffering/dropped frame)
