Mouse lag/freezing when OBS is open

So i have used OBS for a long time without any issues but starting from yesterday as soon as i open OBS my mouse just constantly lags and freezes when i move it horizontally. I have changed nothing within OBS (Settings) and PC so im a little confused what could be causing it. I have tried 3 different mice and they all do the same. Could someone possible have a look at my logs to see if they could work out what mite be causing it?! Thanks
