Mouse keeps disconnecting when OBS is open

Hi ive got a problem where my mouse keeps disconnecting when OBS is open! When ive not got OBS open my mouse is fine but as soon as i open my OBS the mouse keeps disconnecting and ive tried 2 different mouses! I have a Razer Basilisk X hyperspeed wireless mouse and then tried a wired mouse! Both disconnect then reconnect and it does that every 30 or so seconds

USB mouse?
if yes, possibly sounds like overloaded USB Root Hub (search this forum for discussion, and troubleshooting techniques)
