Question / Help Mouse is off

Okay so when I'm streaming everything is fine, apart from that when I seem to click on a part of the screen it shows that im clicking completely different part and it seems the mouse is way off.. im not sure why this is any ideas?

Heres and imagie of it basically the mouser would only show on obs but it wouldn't show on the game im playing.. so I right clicked on the game to show where the curser really was http://postimg.org/image/xafdefi0d/
