Hi all, not too long ago I decided to start streaming for League of Legends, MMORPGs and other action games but I've only tested with LoL.
When I start the stream, my mouse start to flicker and in-game, the same thing. Moreover, although my FPS ingame are around 30 (90 without streaming, so it's a big drop) the game seems like 10fps or being freezing, unfreezing continously. My Pc is a laptop. Sorry for my english. Here I have my pc characteristics, internet speed and my OBS settings:

Intel Core i5-2430M CPU 2.4GHz (4CPUs), ~2.4Ghz
4096 MB RAM
1366x786 Resolution Monitor
NVIDIA GeForce GT540 M

Actual OBS Settings
Encoding: Use CBR checked, Encoder x264, Quality Balance: 8, Max Bitrate 2800kb/s, Enable CBR padding, Codec ACC, 48KHz, 128 Bitrate, Stereo Channel.
Video Settings: 1366x786, Downscale 1.25=1092x614, Filter Bilinear (fastest), 25FPS,Disable Aero Checked.
Advanced: Use Multithreaded options checked, Process Priority High, (put LoL in Above-normal), Scene Buffering Time 700ms, x264 Preset VeryFast, Encoding Profile main, keyframe intervals 2, Use CFR checked.
