Question / Help mouse cursor oversized ?

for some reason when I turn on stream, my mouse cursor looks way to large and oversized but my setting for my mouse cursor are normal. anyone know how to fix? as well as since its so large it is not capturing my mouse correctly. I will have my pointer on something but on the stream it looks like it is 3 inches to the left
