Question / Help Mouse Cursor Freezing Every Few Minutes

It doesn't matter if I'm streaming or not, if I simply have OBS open with my webcam on it freezes my mouse cursor for a couple of seconds every few minutes. Everything else still moves in the background, just my cursor is frozen and when it unfreezes it reappears where it would have been (if I kept moving mouse). I have a logitech c920 webcam and I think there may be some incompatibility there. Also have a Geforce 750ti graphics card.

Try plugging your mouse or cam into another USB port not directly next to each other.

Thanks for the suggestion. Ok I tried that; it didn't help. I also plugged my webcam into another USB while obs was on and had a black screen hardware crash/short. I doubt that's related to the mouse cursor though.

This may sound stupid but if you're using a wireless mouse check the batteries...That happens to me when the batteries are low.

I think I've figured out the issue. It WAS related to the computer turning off. I had a loose power cord and didn't know it. Maybe there was a lack of power occasionally during using OBS and that froze the cursor.
