Bug Report Mouse buttons 4 and 5

For some reason, I can't set hotkeys to mouse buttons 4 and 5. Mouse buttons 1-3 work fine, though.
I typically use mouse button 5 for push to talk, and it would be nice to be able to do that in OBS as well.

hm, I don't have a 4+ button mouse to test with, though the code is in there to support up to 5, or it should. can anyone else verify?

Using a Razer Imperator and I can use all the buttons of my mouse as hotkeys even mouse 4+5.

I do have a 5 click mouse and it does work with all 5 buttons.

It might have something to do with the fact that I've used XMouse Button Control to keep the buttons from passing back/forward commands to my web browser. Mapping the buttons to themselves, oddly enough, was enough to do the trick.
