Question / Help Mouse Bug

Hello, recently i moved to obs from xsplit and i have an problem.

When i move my mouse slowly, in 1-2 secs it gets faster without any changes.

I have an Razer DeathAdder Elite that comes with Razer Synapse ( Razer Synapse settings: http://prntscr.com/hhc8f6 )
