Motion-sensing camera switching?

Hello all. I hope this is in the right forum section!
I'm wanting to find out if there is a feature or plugin that would allow OBS to automatically switch camera inputs based on motion? This would be for various types of trail races that we may not have the manpower to for someone to act as producer and switch cameras. Obviously a camera feed with nothing going on is quite boring so hoping to avoid that...

Simple in concept, trickier in practice, especially for outdoor trail scene with tree branch wind-induced motion (is that motion? yes, but not what you care about... and therein lies the complexity).
I've seen reference in Advanced Scene Switcher to such motion sensing capabilities. And there are others, I think (or at least plenty of other similar requests in recent years) ... sorry, not my use case, so someone else will have to chime in with other specifics if you don't find what you want.

In terms of forum, I don't believe this is the right one for your request. Posting to the Operating System (you pan to use) specific forum would probably be more appropriate (and get better visibility)
