Question / Help Motherboard For Streaming

So after a bit of looking around I've not seen the info I am looking for. I need suggestions for a decent MB to stream with. As of right now I can stream some older games that actually capture, but when I get into newer games my CPU starts capping and I drop frames. So clearly I need to upgrade my CPU. I'm looking into something in the I7 range and I could give a shit less about 1080 hype. I just want to stream and not drop frames :-). I've listed my PC specs below. Only thing I've upgraded in the past 4 years is my GPU. MY goal at the moment is to only upgrade my MB and CPU since I don't play a ton of high end games my GFX card seems to do fine. On most things my CPU seems to be the real bottleneck at this point.

The Z97-A is very well-liked and the XSplit bundle is just a marketing pack-in thing. Couple it with something like a 4790K and then you can be sad that your GPU is the new bottleneck. :)
