Question / Help Most Important Part of a computer for streaming?

What is the Most Important part of a computer when it comes to streaming?

The Processor is very important right? What processor does the average streaming Computer have?

CPU is most important, but OBS also requires a moderate GPU. An Intel i7 is the best mainstream CPU for OBS, like a 4790k or 6700k. But older i7s like the 2600k, 3770k, 4770k are all still excellent. i5s are a step down for sure, as are the AMD eight-core CPUs. Everything else that isn't a xeon or extreme series is probably going to struggle with most games.
 
Anything in the past five-six years or so that was at least $100 when it first came out. GTX 750 or 750 Ti, GTX 950, or the Radeon equivalents are good choices.
