Question / Help More Quality in videos

Hi everyone, im a newbie with this record program. I tried some settings from the internet, the game run great, the video move smoth but the quality is.. lower. I hope you guys can help me.

Record at 1080p instead of 720p. For me, videos look a lot sharper on 1080p, compared to 720p.

Look at his cpu, 720p is already too much for it.
