Question / Help More of 1 Quality?

Hi all , i have a question... Is possible stream at more of 1 quality stream?

I said... i can do that the people can choose even 1080p, 720, 610... in twitch?

Yes. But it is not something OBS can do. It is something about Twitch.

OOOMMM... ok thanks i remmember that ( one year ago or... 6 month ) with the other ( and suckker ) program to stream, you will put more of 1 quality , but today i saw that only can do it if you are partner...
