More control over text scrolling from the keyboard

I'm using OBS-Studio 27.2.4 as a teleprompter to scroll text. This works fine but it would be great to have more control over the scrolling text from the keyboard. The space key should stop and reactivate scrolling. Up and down arrows should control vertical text scrolling speed. Left and right arrows should control horizontal text scrolling speed. Implementing more control over the scrolling text would be a great enhancement to OBS.
