I would like to stream on twitch but my upload speed is only 0.89 on average is there anyway to make this work and still look decent with games like overwatch or league

Any help or tips on OBS settings would be greatly appreciated

Not really, no. Especially not with online multiplayer games, which also use some of that bandwidth (you'll get a TON of lag in-game, even if you could get it working).

You might be able to use 240p@30fps, 400kbps with 64kbps AAC audio and be able to get away with League, but Overwatch (and any other first or third person game) is extremely high-motion and needs more relative bitrate at the same res/fps.

Bottom line, you NEED more upstream bandwidth. Preferably 5mbps minimum. You might be able to stream on your current connection, but it wouldn't be worth it even if you could get it working.
