Question / Help Monitors not Displaying???

I have been successively using OBO to record my meetings for a few months now and have not had any issues. but this morning my scenes are not being displayed. I have uninstalled & reinstalled and added new scenes but is all blank. the audio is recording but what is on my monitors is not being captured. Can anyone help troubleshoot. thanks!

You've got a laptop with two video cards (one Intel, one Nvidia) and OBS is running on the Nvidia card. You can't capture displays in that mode. You need to go into your Display settings and tell OBS to run on the Intel GPU in order to do display captures.
