Monitors going black temporarily when running OBS

I have had 4 days to test this, and 2 other threads to eliminate other issues I have been experiencing. Either my main or both monitors sometimes go black for a few seconds when I have OBS running. I just tested the most demanding game I have and the monitor was fine. CPU was at most 30%, and GPU was at most at 75%. I just have one monitor connected right now, and did not connect the headset or mic. I just got this log file to show my specs. However, in the past, the issue still happens even if I am just using one monitor, and it can happen in or out of games. I am pretty sure it is OBS, but I have no idea how to fix this, if it even is something OBS can cause.

This could be completely unrelated but try removing the Display Capture source and build your scene with Window/Game/Video Device Capture etc.

I will when I get off work. Thanks. One monitor is 2k 144hz, the other is 1080p 60hz, so I'm not sure if a combination of different stuff is causing OBS to freak out and mess up the monitors.

This is advice for anyone that might be experiencing the same issue. When just my primary monitor goes black, OBS is still recording the game, so I can just play off the tiny screen in OBS on the other monitor (as long as it is still detecting audio.) Depending on what is causing this, it might be a bad idea because there is a chance you are overwhelming your pc. Be sure to check the usage and temp of the gpu, cpu, memory, etc. when the monitor goes black. This is just a temporary workaround. Or use geforce to record and suffer from not being able to change many recording settings... I still don't understand why OBS is causing a monitor to temporarily go black... this computer can more than handle it, so it makes no sense.

So, the monitors are fine now. OBS is recording with game capture. (Be sure that you have the correct gpu selected for OBS to use, otherwise it can cause issues, OBS automatically selected the correct one for me.)
