Monitoring audio desyncs [Elgato HD60]

Hello everyone,

I've found many threads regarding this issue, but can't seem to find any resolution to my issue. When monitoring my stream, the audio desyncs. I've verified that all my devices in Win 10 are running at 48khz, tried different devices to monitor, etc. My log is here:

I'll continue to search/troubleshoot and will post if I find a solution, but if you can take a minute to look at my log and recommend something, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Thanks,
DonValor

Update: I've been looking for more info/details on this and have yet to find a solution. One thing I did notice is that the monitoring seems to not desync when I'm capturing an XBOX One. It only seems to happen when I am capturing my NES. Here is my current setup:

NES > A/V Cables > Retrotink 2X > HDMI Cable > Elgato Game Capture HD60 Pro

I did find a Reddit article (https://www.reddit.com/r/ElgatoGaming/comments/bhz9n8/hd60pro_audio_desync_over_time/) that suggested I set the "Use custom audio device" checkbox and select "Game Capture HD60 Pro Audio". That seems to help a bit, but the audio monitor will still lose sync after a while.
