Question / Help Monitor Size off for Win10 multi monitor setup

I figured it out. Mostly, use alt-tab to get to the desktop or OBS, never move mouse off the fullscreen app and click on something on another monitor, even though you can. Then to get back to your fullscreen app, click on its task bar icon, do not use alt-tab. wacky.
