Monitor Capture region hotkey

Hey there,

I watch Vinesauce, with Vinny, Joel and shit, and I always see them very quickly capturing stuff and showing them on the whole screen, that's very handy and funny, and I wonder if there's any possibility at having such a function, as they are using Xsplit.

I guess they might be using the preview editor, with the rewrite of OBS going further a similar feature but slightly different will be added to it. Probably an option to edit scenes without showing them live.
A big amount of people requested such an option and it can be very useful. But it was too big of a change to add it to the current OBS, hence it will be added to the rewrite. No ETA on its release yet and the first alpha/beta might not have this feature added yet, so stay tight. Thanks for the suggestion!
