Question / Help Monitor Capture Problem

I've being having issues with monitor capture all I'm getting is this, its only just started the other day. Can somebody help me please.

Try going in the source's settings again and press Ok again, that usually seems to fix this weird bug for me.

Yes, it only seems to occur in Windows 8
