Want to stream on Youtube. Screen Capture doesn't work, and the Monitor Capture option is missing. Uninstalled and downloaded the latest version of OBS twice, but the problem persists. Help?

Screen Capture is what the source is called in OBS Studio, which you should be using. But you are posting in the OBS Classic forum.
In Classic the option is called Monitor Capture, which generally works just fine, but you should actually really be using OBS Studio, because support for Classic has ended. So let's make sure we're all talking about the same version before moving on.
