Question / Help Monitor Capture not working for second screen

Hey guys, for several days I have been trying to figure out why this is not working for me. Yet I have not found any solution tho.

Basicly I want my second monitor in my "Out of Game" Scene but it just shows up as completely black when using "Monitor Capture".
I have tried to use window capture and that works but everytime I switch scenes or enter a fullscreen game I have to go back in properties and set it back (for example my Twitch Dashboard) this is really annoying :(

Would be super thankful if anyone could help me out with this. I am sure it has worked before, can't really tell when but I am sure I have used it sometime.

I run WINDOWS 8 and the 64bit OBS v0.613b

heres my log I guess:

You are for some reason running OBS on your Intel HD GPU (while no monitors seem to be connected to it at all), please switch to your Radeon instead and check if that fixes it.

Yeah that was just to check if the monitor image would show up on my OBS, its now turned back to my Radeon and still not showing any picture. Just all black, I can however adjust the screensize and such.
