Question / Help Monitor-capture Lagged frames

When i use Software Capture (Monitor) the log states i get 95%> lagged frames, i dont know if this would cause any ingame disturbanced such like stuttering and dropping in frames making it hard to play, isnt there a way to capture my entire screen without having to use Monitor, capturing a single program works just fine, no lagged frames but i got one scene that shows roughly what im doing while alt-tabbed and having to capture monitor just makes it difficult :(

Lower the fps back to 30 and disable aero.

Or if you want to keep Aero enabled, use Window capture instead of Monitor capture. Whatever you do, never use Monitor capture with Aero enabled or it will be slow.

Ive been having a similar problem when im trying to capture my monitor it lags but it doesnt lag when i capture gameplay, windows etc just the monitor. Im on windows 10 so i cannot disable aero and my fps is at 30. Can anyone help?

Make a new thread and post your log file. This thread was nearly three years old. Its good that you use search, but a lot has changed, not the least of which is the existence of Windows 10.
