Question / Help Monitor Capture Lag

I want to use monitor capture for streaming while im not in a fullscreen game and when i preview or stream with monitor capture on I get hardcore lag but it doesn't say I'm dropping frames.
Im on windows 10 my specs are:
AMD(fx) 8350 @ 4.1 GHz
GTX 960 4gb ftw
8gb ddr3 1866

Just signed up to second this.
I have the problem aswell as long as a Monitor Capture/ Window Capture is in OBS it just lags but framerate says otherwise cpu usage too as far as i could tell.

Windows 10
i7 3770k @3.5 GHz
8GB DDR3 RAM
GTX 780 ti
OBS Studio and OBS Classic
