Hello why My FPS drop to 20 when I use monitor captures ???

The guy in the video probably isn't using monitor capture, he's go shortcuts for an Elgato Game Capture HD on his desktop.

EDIT: In fact, that's exactly what he uses in the video. Monitor Capture is not particularly efficient so 20 FPS is likely as much as you'll get.
 
actually monitor capture is working really well, at least on win8 and 8.1, assuming they use somewhat the same aero settings windows 10 shouldnt have much problems either, but still use window and game capture whenever possible
 
So the trouble seems to come from Monitor capture ... not from my config :/

It's the only way I can stream Xbox With vocal tchat and without invest in capturing stuff and rock&roll cale setup -_-
