Question / Help Monitor capture, Game capture, Window Capture?

Which one of these is best for streaming? I mainly stream Starcraft 2 HotS and CS:GO.

AFAIK Game capture > Window Capture > Monitor Capture. Aero on for Window Capture, Aero off for Monitor Capture. Try to stay away from Monitor Capture, at least on Windows 7.
