Monitor Capture FPS settings (needed)

It is essential for broadcasters to be able to adjust their FPS settings for video sources such as webcams or screen regions due to many limitations viewers face such as CPU performance impacts. It is noticed that this is adjustable on other video source options such as the overall stream FPS and webcam FPS but it does not currently support the option to adjust the Monitor Capture option to adjust the FPS. To do so, you have to run an external virtual webcam such as manycam and adjust the virtual webcam, not only is that time consuming but it opposes unnecessary CPU usage and programs to run in the background for something as simple as just adding this option to this feature.

The FPS of monitor/window/game capture is determined by your streaming FPS to match. If you have CPU issues, turn down your streaming FPS, not your capture FPS. Video capture devices have FPS, but it's for different reasons. Otherwise. the build in capturing uses almost no CPU. You may be misunderstanding the options. Encoding is what uses CPU, and stream FPS and stream resolution influences CPU usage, and that's set in video settings.
