When I use monitor capture it almost freezes but when I record a game it works perfect. Any help? (It used to work so)

Also, please post a logfile from a live streaming session at least five minutes in length, so we can see what is happening on the back-end, and troubleshoot effectively.

You can do the same with a recording session. We mostly need the log file. Click the Help menu, then use the log file functions to post your most recent one, and paste the link here.
