Bug Report Monitor Capture causing screen to flash black

It's quite irritating when trying to stream, happens around every 5 or less seconds. I don't know how it's related bbut my firefox top bar (with close minimize and maximize) becomes invisible after the first flash black until I restart firefox.

Game capture works fine but I'd like to be able to capture my monitor between games.

Here is a log:

Windows 8 monitor capture is not well supported on multi GPU setups like laptops.

Nvidia laptops have some driver bugs and occasional crashes for windows 8+ monitor capture. The only real way to deal with it is to not use monitor capture on laptops with windows 8+.
