I'm using OBS 64bit and the monitor capture source to record an old game that runs in a window that has additional pop up windows. Because of these pop ups the window capture cant be used and its not recognized in game capture. Because of this i use monitor capture where i encounter a strange issue. My mouse appears exactly where it is, until the cursor drops over the window of the game, thats when the location of the cursor offsets. I can drag the mouse to any side of the screen and its in the correct position, but as soon as it goes over the window it offsets to an unusual position.
Unfortunately the game relys on seeing where the cursor is pointing. Ive also encountered the same problem recording desktop with frapps. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
