Monitor and Output option gone

I was using a virtual cable to monitor and output my mic audio to TikTok Studios, but now the option to monitor and output is gone. The only options are "monitor off" and "monitoring enabled". How do I fix this so that I can output my mic audio?

Stop using the advanced audio settings for this and instead click the controls in the audio mixer:

You can mute/unmute (for output) and monitor/unmonitor independently.
