can I use OBS Studio to re-arrange an existing video file?
Example:
I have a video file and want to edit this video by changing the way it is display, add text or picture, zoom movie.
For example, I'd like to add text or picture, in the first scene the video will be on right half and the left half will be the text, in the next scene the video will be displayed with a graph, in another scene will be again different text, etc.
Is there a way to tell OBS, take this source video and switch to scene-1 at time 1, change to scene-2 at time 2, and create new video file?
I don't want to sit and wait for the right moment and switch the scenes manually. I'd like to define it first.
