So basically when I record I record in 30fps on 720p and it works alright but I feel I could go for 60fps but it lags and don't understand why? People with worse PC specs than me can do it perfectly but I'm having issues and for streaming no matter what I do when I stream it eventually drops from like 2000mbps to like 700mbps and then buffers my stream!
Internet: 6Mbps
PC Specs:
- GTX 980 Ti
- AMD FX-9590 @ 4.70 GHz
- 16GB (2 x 8Gb Sticks)
Wired Connection with this cable:
- FTP Professional Gold Headed Shielded Network Cable - Black - High Speed 500MHz Premium Quality

Can anyone please give me full settings for streaming and recording that will work perfectly for my PC and Internet specs?
