Unless you can hook the phone up to some sort of capture card, I really doubt it.

My friend streams Plants vs Zombies 2 from his Samsung Galaxy S4 in 1080p using this cable and a capture card (Avermedia Live Gamer HD)/OBS on his PC, works sweet :)
