Bug Report MMDeviceAudioSource. Help!

So everytime I try to start streaming, I get two errors.

I use a Steelseries Siberia V2 if that helps anything, and the headset and microphone is set in their correct place, so its not that. Any tips on how to fix? :)

What version are you using? If you haven't tried the test version yet, it might fix your problem.
