Question / Help Mixing audio from multiple sources

Hi all,

I'm setting up to do a podcast and will be using OBS with VoIP and Skype to connect with others.

Issue I have is that while I can talk to both Skype and over VoIP, neither of them can hear each other.

I am using Virtual Audio Cable to help route audio, but am now stuck.

Does anyone use a similar setup or have any ideas?
