Mixer for two headsets

I am live streaming basketball games and currently using Voicemeeter for our two headsets. I am looking for an External mixer that will allow both headsets audio to go to OBS, and both headsets to hear themselves and each other. Any suggestions?

If you are really going to do this then I would suggest moving to XLR dynamic mics for everyone and connect them to an analog mixer that has output to the control room and then to the main mix. The main mix you connect back to the PC and the control room out is where you connect to the headphones.

This is NOT the cheapest alternative, but will give you the best quality while limiting the load on your system because all it has to do is listen to the signal from the main out.
