Question / Help Mixer audio input very quiet.

Heyo,

I think ive mentioned this before, but the USB input from my X1222USB mixer is so quiet, I need to use a 20X mic boost to get any audio. Take a look at my vod: http://www.twitch.tv/ltroyalshrimp/c/5638191

My mixer input is already set to 100% in windows sound settings, and maxed in OBS as well. My audio levels are peaking in OBS, but as you can see/hear, its very quiet.

Any tips?

What level is the mixer device volume set to in Windows audio settings? I know I have a USB mic that always sets itself to 6% volume when I plug it in.

Im thinking I might need to use the main out, rather than USB. That's annoying, because the main out is two male XLR's. So what I need is a balanced Dual female XLR to 1/8 connector.

That is odd...I use analog output from my mixer, personally, because I've seen too many weird things happen with USB audio devices, and I didn't want to bother with it.

Yup, gonna switch to analog as well, should also make for less delay(Althought I didnt notice one to begin with).

Ok, so another question, do you know of any female XLR to 3.5mm cables? My mixer is a Behringer X1222USB, and the main output are L/R Male XLRs.

You might be able to find something on Monoprice. Or there's this, which I just found after some brief googling.
